Goni from Sint-Katelijne-Waver offers top quality lettuce, cress, pak choi and butter lettuce.

If desired, cooled transport can be provided at the request of the buyer.

We strive to keep the chain as short as possible, so that the product reaches the customer as fresh as possible. We guarantee this through efficient transport and direct communication with our customers.

Lettuce

Trio lettuce is a mix of 3 different types of lettuce on one root ball.
This combination makes the lettuce very suitable as a basis for a salad or mixed salad.
Harvesting with a root ball keeps the lettuce fresh for longer, as the moist root ball keeps the leaves fed with nutrients for longer.
Because the lettuce is harvested young, it is nice and tender, soft and fresh with a crispy texture.

Butter lettuce

Butter lettuce is the standard and best known type of lettuce. It has a soft, dark-green outer surface and a crisp, light-green inner surface.
Butter lettuce is suitable for both cold and hot dishes.

Pak choi

Pak choi is a long-leaved open Chinese cabbage with green leaves and white stems.
Pak choi has a tender flavour, rather soft and sweet.
This vegetable is mainly used in the wok and stew, but is also excellent in other hot dishes.

Cress

Rich in vitamins, enormously versatile and deliciously tasty

Soil-grown cress is mainly used in mass caterers and restaurants, while substrate cultivation is more focused on supermarkets and grocery shops. Due to intensive cultivation, cress is available all year round. The climate in the greenhouse is computer-controlled. Sowing and harvesting takes place every day.
